Hello! Thank you so much for checking out my small business!!  My interest in simple and delicious ingredients has now become bit of an obsession of mine.  Luckily, I have wonderful friends and family that have helped me sample taste and tweak the recipe to the final product we have today.  I have the original Simple Samoa made with organic Medjool dates from the Jewel Date Company in Thermal California.  Organic unsulphured coconut from Philippines. I have finally found the best chocolate for these treats which also has the ability to be tempered with a great snap to add that extra texture.  Equal Exchange Chocolates semi-sweet chocolate with 55% cacao and USDA Organic.  This is a picture of myself and Riley, the creator of my Simple Samoa logo!!
